One of the first things about Jay that I noticed was his love and respect for his parents and grandparents. I grew up in a wonderful home surrounded by wonderful parents and grandparents that I loved and admired. To find someone with the same admiration for his family was awesome. This is not a quality that can be taught, it is born inside of you.
